It is currently used as a master bedroom with beautiful heart pine floors, large dentil moulding, gas fire logs with fan and thermostat, and a beautiful mantle with over mantle reaching to the 12 foot ceiling. Wide panel wainscoting and three step moulding throughout. If so desired, this fantastic 16'X 24' room could be a wonderful family room.

This lovely home is heated and cooled by a Dual Fuel system downstairs and a heat pump upstairs. It has a gas hot water heater.
